successful first fiscal year of consulting services. Since the firm’s formation in
1998, Ken Dicken, founder and president, has been on a wild ride of establishing contacts
with clients and consultants. Meeting prospective associates at many Louisville
restaurants and maintaining his office on the second floor over looking Glen Oaks Golf
Course, Mr. Dicken has established a low overhead approach to running his company. While not original in concept, DICKEN has taken the low overhead approach and passed the
savings onto his clients. "The results of operations are very exciting and
