Contract awarded with Vencor, Inc.

Louisville, KY. – After a successful first year contract between
Vencor, Inc. and DICKEN
Enterprises, Inc., DICKEN announced a show confidence from its client base,
an award of Vencor’s Preferred Consulting Vendor for 1999. "This is a most
significant event in our company's growth, and one we take very seriously and with great
pride," said Ken Dicken, Founder and President of DICKEN.
In our initial contracts with Vencor, we
provided leadership managment on transition projects and purchasing procedurre
enhancements. Mr. Dicken believes the success and quality of the completed work by
higher professional consultants from DICKEN lead to his firm being named a preferred
vendor for 1999. Plans are being prepared for DICKEN to provide several consultants
for project implementation and operational support. "We look forward to our
