Newly created consulting firm completes purchase
of established organization.

Louisville, KY. – DICKEN
Enterprises, Inc. announced today the purchase of Access Consulting
Corporation. Ken Dicken, founder and president, explained the purchase of Access
Consulting Corporation as an initial investment to establish an immediate presence of
consulting services in the Louisville market. Mr. Dicken said his firm plans to
expand nationally and to establish consulting services beyond the information systems
business discipline where Access Consulting Corporation focused. "We will
convert the Access Consulting Corporation contracts into DICKEN
Enterprises, Inc. contracts by
year end 1998 when Access Consulting Corporation will be dissolved." Since both
companies are privately held, the sale price was not disclosed. Access Consulting
Corporation was established in January 1993; Mr. Dicken was an employee of the firm in
1994.

in temporary assignments of national
quality consulting services, at a competitive rate, to the administrative support business
disciplines of client organizations and was established and incorporated in the state of
Kentucky on February 20th, 1998..
